MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE
Subject: Delegation of Certain Purpose below Area 308(a) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Yr 2012
By the authority vested in me as President by the Structure and the legal guidelines of the United States of America, like section 301 of title 3, United States Code, I hereby delegate to you, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, the purpose to provide to the Congress the info specified in segment 308(a) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal 12 months 2012 (General public Regulation 112-87).
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.
